Band #1
The lightest resistance band, this is perfect for rehabilitation exercises and light isolation exercises. If using for barbell exercises, this band would be the preferred choice for beginner/intermediate lifters. Otherwise known as a 'mini-band'
Beginner's Band Pack
Featuring the #1, 2 & 3 bands, the Beginners Pack is the perfect combination of an easy band to use for accessory exercises, a medium band to use for bench press and similar exercises and the strong band for exercises such as squats, rows and pullups
Band #2
A resistance band with relatively light resistance, can be used for isolation exercises, assistance for pull-ups and exercises like face pulls. If using for barbell exercises, this band would be the preferred choice for intermediate/advanced lifters
Heavy Duty Door Anchor
The heavy duty door anchor can be used to attach bands to doors, poles and trees for heavier use.
Blue Tubing
Blue tubing is the other most versatile resistance and will provide difficult resistance for most exercises and moderate resistance for others. Recommended for men (and strong women!)
Black Tubing
Black tubing is a high level of resistance, more used for full body exercises like squats and lunges.
