Dynamic Stabiliser Band
These bands are ideal for lateral shuffle drills and the like, and will strengthen the abductors/external rotators in the hip. Also ideal for keeping the knees from falling in on squats

Sprint bands are extra-long bands to be used for sprint training, lunges etc. Sprint bands are 74" in length in a continuous loop, which enables a sprint distance of 12-15 feet maximum with a single band

Resistance Sheet
Perfect for rehabilitation and light exercise work, latex sheet band or theraband can be used on its own or attached to the band handles. Three resistance levels available, yellow to purple. Sheet band comes individually packaged in 1 metre lengths
Black Tubing
Black tubing is a high level of resistance, more used for full body exercises like squats and lunges.
Blue Tubing
Blue tubing is the other most versatile resistance and will provide difficult resistance for most exercises and moderate resistance for others. Recommended for men (and strong women!)
Green Tubing
Moderate resistance, green and blue tubing are recommended for the majority of purposes. The green will provide enough resistance for most exercises, but may not be enough for some exercises like bicep curls.
Red Tubing
The red tubing is an introductory band for most exercises, but may be challenging for light women on some movements.
