Sprint Band - Green
Sprint Bands:

Sprint bands are extra-long bands to be used for sprint training, lunges etc. Sprint bands are 74" in length in a continuous loop, which enables a sprint distance of 12-15 feet maximum with a single band. The advantage of these bands over joining two standard Absolute Gold Resistance Bands together is that there is no weak point created by the joining of bands together, so the bands should last longer if used properly.
 |
Sprint Bands will stretch up to 3x original length safely. Bands
are one continuous loop, so no weak points!

The Sprint Bands currently come in three levels - Teal, Purple and Blue.
The width is as follows:
-
Teal - 1.5 inches
-
Purple - 2 inches
-
Blue - 3 inches
To give an idea how they compare the the standard Absolute Gold Resistance Bands, the cyan would be a little more resistance than the blue (#3) standard band, the purple would be a little more than a green (#4) and the blue would be more than a black (#5) band.
Here is what our customers are saying about the sprint bands:
"The new sprint bands are a superb functional piece of kit that can be used to improve speed, power, stability and anaerobic thresholds. Using your imagination you can incorporate them into your training drills for most sports, including football, rugby and martial arts. As well as challenging they are also great fun, and can be used by both the professional and the general public in their quest to improve fitness and burn fat. I myself have used them with professional footballers and also incorporate them into a circuit style fitness class. In addition to this there is now no need to tie two power bands together for partner work, which saves both time and prolongs the life of the band."
