If you are intending doing heavy duty training with bands, you need the Heavy Duty Door Anchor!

The Heavy Duty Door Anchor provides a solid mounting point to attach your bands to, plus does not rub/damage the bands in any way. The Heavy Duty Door Anchor is a long piece of webbing with two piece of plastic tubing attached - this enables the anchor to be trapped in a door or wrapped around a pole in order to anchor your bands, and the large plastic tube gives a smooth surface to eliminate friction on the band as you are using it. The Heavy Duty Door Anchor can be used to attach to:

• Doors
• Poles (such as football goals etc)
• Trees
• Tables
• Railings
• And more!

Here is how to use the Heavy Duty Door Anchor to attach to a door:

1. Open your door, thread the door anchor in the gap between the hinge at the top (or botton) of the door

2. Ensure from the other side that the plastic tube will be outside the door hinge when the door is closed

3. Close the door and pull the strap tight

THE LEGAL BIT:

The plastic tubing part of the anchor MUST be on the opposite side of the door to the band in order to prevent slipping. Only pull on an anchor from the side the door closes onto.
