Resistance Band #1 (1/2" x 41")
The lightest resistance band, this is perfect for rehabilitation exercises and light isolation exercises. If using for barbell exercises, this band would be the preferred choice for beginner/intermediate lifters. Otherwise known as a 'mini-band'
Beginner's Resistance Band Pack (#1, 2 and 3 bands)
Featuring the #1, 2 & 3 bands, the Beginners Pack is the perfect combination of an easy band to use for accessory exercises, a medium band to use for bench press and similar exercises and the strong band for exercises such as squats, rows and pullups

A resistance band with relatively light resistance, can be used for isolation exercises, assistance for pull-ups and exercises like face pulls. If using for barbell exercises, this band would be the preferred choice for intermediate lifters
