EXERCISE TUBING
Black Tubing:
Black tubing is a high level of resistance, more used for full body exercises like squats and lunges.
Lightweight but extremely durable, Absolute Gold resistance tubing with handles can be used to intensify bodyweight training, adding resistance to things like push-ups or lunges – perfect for training at home, in a hotel room or anywhere you find yourself without access to a gym. If you have trouble doing chin-ups or similar exercises, you can use the band to assist you in a much more natural way than a fixed machine. You can also use the bands to do a variety of exercises that would usually require dumbbells or barbells, like bicep curls, shoulder raises and many more. With resistance tubing, you are only limited by your imagination! Absolute Gold resistance tubing provides light resistance for exercises.
Absolute Gold resistance tubing comes in the following colours, with increasing resistance at each level.
Yellow – very easy, Red – easy, Green – medium, Blue – hard, Black – very hard.
To get the longest period of use from your bands, it is not recommended to stretch the bands to more than 3x the original length. Keep bands in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Check your bands for nicks, cuts or damage on a regular basis, and do not use a band that is damaged.
